One of my passions is for our health, physically, mentally and emotionally and of course and especially, spiritually! I love to share with others how it's up to each of us to take responsibility for our temple and not follow the world's way of living and eating and drinking.  Here are the verses I particularly refer to regarding our temple.

1 Corinthians 3:17
If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.


1 Corinthians 6:19
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
